In a country
of beautiful towns, Annecy is Jeamy’s favorite. It became ours, too. It was so perfect there was even a guy
standing on a bridge with an organ grinder and a plush monkey singing “Sur le
pont d’Avignon …”
Only in an ancient
French village could there be such a combination of house colors and still have
it look beautiful.
Thinking of
remodeling this year? Consider
including an olive oil chandelier – a steel frame with cruets of olive
oil. Cold pressed goes with cold
rolled.
The adjacent
lake flows out through the canals of the town, making a home for the many swans
and ducks (canards).
Like us,
Jeamy was thrilled to have Captain Jean-Pierre take us on a boat ride. Finally!
Julie found someone who could understand her French.
