We decided to go for Chinese food to celebrate the completion of the second edition of Fluency with Information Technology. Where better than China? Our visit also tested how difficult it is for English speakers to travel independently in China: it's challenging, but we did it and enjoyed it tremendously. Shanghai is a huge, international city. Suzhou is a sleepy canal town. Nanjing -- "capital of six dynasties" -- is a historical and cultural center. And, for an amazing fact ...
